The Master of Science in Applied Geosciences (MSAG) offers students a specialized degree that combines knowledge in the- oretical areas of geology with technical expertise in geochem- istry, geophysics, hydrogeology, and engineering geology with a focus on professional development. Students pursuing their MSAG at Penn may concentrate in one of three areas: Environ- mental Geology, Engineering Geology, and Hydrogeology.
